About Beechwood House
In your apartment
Check-in 3.00 PM
Please be aware of the fact that we do not provide a receptionist at the reception desk 24 hours a day. For the purposes of meeting you at your time of arrival, please let us know your arrival time and send a confirmation message ~30 minutes before your arrival to +44 738 778 1046 .
CHECK-IN time starts at 3.00 PM.
What you need for check-in:
- To provide ID documents for each guest, including children.
- To sign Terms and Conditions
- To provide credit/debit card for a damage/loss deposit. We do not accept cash.
After that, you will receive your keys and we will show you your apartment/room.
We do not accommodate guests without documents and without a deposit even if a payment has been paid.
If all guests arrive at different times, please send copies of your ID in advance.
By complaining the reservation, you will be accepting our Terms & Conditions
Deposit
Please prepare your credit/debit card for a damage/loss deposit. We don’t accept cash!
On the day of your check-out after your departure we’ll check your apartment and we will release the deposit. Your presence is not required to release the deposit. The deposit amount is £200-2 bedroom apartment, £300-3 bedroom apartment, £400-4 bedroom apartment, £500-5 bedroom apartment.
Breakfast & Housekeeping
We do not provide breakfast but you will have a wonderful fully equipped kitchen. We do weekly housekeeping.
Check-out 11.00 AM
For check-out just close your apartment and leave your key in the red post box next to the entrance.
Information about your accommodation
You will have the entirety of your Apartment for your personal use. The apartment includes bedrooms, bathroom(s), kitchen-living room.
Please note that each apartment has a different number of bathrooms and toilets. This information can be found in the description of each apartment.
Unfortunately, we don’t have an elevator at Beechwood House. The appartments are spread over three floors.
Important information
Beachwood House is in part a self-catering apartment.
- Please remember your codes for the front door and parking area with you all time. The front door is usually closed for the safety of our guests.
- For any issues, please send a message or make a phone call to +44 738 778 1046. Please don’t forget to specify your apartment number in your message. This phone is available for any questions at any time.
No parties. No smoking. No pets
We appreciate your respect for the other guests and the our rules.
Please do not smoke in the apartment – the fine for smoking is £600. There is a place for smoking outside the house.
We do not allow any parties. Please do not make excessive noise between 10 PM and 8 AM. If we receive complaints from other guests or from neighbours of Beechwood House, you will be charged a minimum of £300.
In caring for guests who may have allergies, unfortunately we can’t accommodate any pets, even very small and quiet ones. Thanks for your understanding.
Use of apartments
You are not allowed to accommodate extra guests who have not gone through check-in. If you are found to have done so extra payment will be taken as compensation. Visitors are allowed.
Extra sleep space, bed/sofa-bed (if the size of the apartment allows it) is £60 per night.
Parking
We can guarantee 1 parking space for a 2 bedroom apartment, 2 parking spaces for 3, 4 and 5 bedroom apartments. Additional parking spaces can be provided in case of availability.
Guests must provide the plate number of all their cars.
